As a Church we were delighted to open our doors for a men's fellowship evening. This is the first meeting of this kind which we have held but we are pleased with the response and turnout.
On Friday evening over twenty men joined us for our evening which consisted of food, quiz and games held at the Church. Our evening began with sausage and chips from a local Chip shop on Woodfield Street.
Following this we tested out brains with a closely contested lively general knowledge quiz. After the quiz we enjoyed a selection of classic pub games including darts, skittles, ha'penny board, carrom board and more. Throughout the evening it was clear that friendly competitiveness was growing.
Thank you to all who were able to join us we hope to repeat this type of event again in the future.
