This September children are heading back to school after so many missed months due to Covid going back to school might well be welcomed by many Children as they see their friends again. At Libanus Church we wanted to show our support to the Children in our Church and those who attend our weekly ‘Friday Night Takeaway’ Youth Club for primary school aged children.
Every box included a variety of sweets, activity sheets made by Libanus Church, colouring pencils and a flyer advertising our Children’s club and Toddlers group! We are hoping to restart both of these in October so please keep checking our website for more details. Over 50 of these back-to-school boxes were handed out by Church Members
Each week we publish a Kid’s Talk on our Churches YouTube account that are available for all to watch. This week we looked at what it means to be prepared to go back to school, if you or a child you know have not seen this video yet then please feel free to watch below.
We hope that going back to school hasn’t been overly stressful, but we hope you all enjoyed these gifts from Libanus Church.
Libanus Church is now open Morning and evening for our services at the main Church building 10:30am and 6pm. We also provide a Creche facility for those with young children. For those who are unable to attend in person we record the sermons preached in the Church and upload them to our website and YouTube.
